33. The commissioned officer immediately imposes one of the following penalties for each disciplinary citation after the submissions on penalty:
(1)  a reprimand;
(2)  a disciplinary transfer;
(3)  a disciplinary suspension without pay for a period of not more than 30 working days.

33. The member of the police management personnel immediately imposes one of the following penalties for each disciplinary charge after the submissions on penalty:
(1)  a reprimand;
(2)  a disciplinary transfer;
(3)  a disciplinary suspension without pay for a period of not more than 15 working days.
